Best ever as usual, I had shrimp this time way more than I could eat.

Food was EXCELLENT! Nice portions for the money too! The only reason I am giving 4 star is, I had my food delivered by door dash and they did not send butter ( most people like butter on their corn on the cob and roll) nor did they have a place to add it on their menu. This should be a staple when having food delivered that usual require butter. Also, I ordered a single apple pie. The did not send it with order. When I called to let them know, they said I didn't order it then they double checked the receipt and said they put it in the bag... no they didn't. They kind of argued with me on that. However... the food was really good and I will not let those things deter me from ordering from them again. I'll just make sure to call them and have them double check before sending my food out.

It's clean and smells wonderful. When you get your chicken, like I did, it was so juicy and tender but with real crunchy breading. Looks like a humble place but it offers much!!

Great chicken! Definitely recommend the chicken tenders that were still juicy and perfectly cooked. The sides are also better than we expected. The fries and Mac and cheese were great, the mashed potatoes a little less (tasted like one of those mix in powdered mashed potatoes) but the gravy still made it good. I usually don't like non-homemade gravy because it'll taste like flour in most cases, but this one was really good. To accompany all that food, we had an Arnold Palmer and some sweet tea, that were also the right balance of sweetness and taste. We're not from around there, so I doubt we'll be able to go back very often, but I definitely would, if I could!

The chicken strips are fried to perfection, and are crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. The shrimp dinner was good too. I've had better fried shrimp, but that was on the Gulf Coast.

Great, nothing-fancy, lunchtime mom&pop place. Great owners. Not fast but food is good!

Great Food, Great People, Great Prices, Great Place! Chicken Tenders are huge and delicious! Corn nuggets top off everything! This is still one of my favorite chicken places. Definite 5 stars worth...don't let the location slow you down...you won't be dissapointed.

Best chicken tenders in DFW! Made fresh to order, piping hot when served. The portions are crazy, I get at least two meals out of one order and taste Delicious!!! 5 jumbo tenders, 2 sides, roll, bowl of gravy, and drink for $8.50. Best deal in town

Fried chicken is greasy and not the healthiest, but very tasty and a good value. Crisp skin, well seasoned. Mashed potatoes are real and good. Green beans are tasty. Service is always polite and quick, all for a very good price.

Best price on some jumbo sized tenders always leaving full and satisfied. Better tasting than some of the bigger franchise type chicken tenders.

Honestly, I have never been disappointed when visiting this establishment. It's not at all a fancy restaurant, but the staff is always very friendly, you get a fairly good sized meal for what you pay and they have affordable catering options. The food is what sets it apart from it's commercial competitors though. After you've tasted the Chicken Tenders, they will be on your mind every time you get a craving for tenders and I think they're made-to-order.

This place is the place to go to if you want a warm welcome and immediate service. Delicious food a with a large selection.

I feel this place is going down hill. The last time we ordered, the chicken was dry and greasy. We decided to try again thinking they were having an off day the time before, but know the chicken tenders were dry, rolls tasted like leather, like they were under the heat lamp to long. Sorry Ana's, but we won't be coming back!!

Good chicken and decent cat fish. Very clean location. Only issue, is communication with the Asian owners can be tricky.. Otherwise a good place to eat or get take out. The place has zero curb appeal.. But once inside, it is a very clean and tidy restaurant..

Great food and good service. Tasty chicken with nice tender meat and crispy tasty breading and delicious fish and hush puppies. Corn nuggets are standard and also tasty. Food is good all around! The inside is a wreck but it really didn’t matter to me because of how tasty everything was. Call ahead!

Great food at budget prices!

I highly recommend this place! The portions are huge and they make everything fresh. I do recommend you call in your order ahead of time if you're doing dinner. The gizzards meal was a whole to go box full! The hush puppies were crispy and delicious. The fried okra was excellent. The French fries needed salt, but honestly the other sides were so good that no one really cared about the fries. And the chicken was juicy with crispy skin. Highly recommend!

So let me just tell you 100% recommend for me and my family still the #1 chicken place never a disappointment so to wrap it up the gold 5 it is

Strike 3! They use old or cheap cooking oil. Or old AND cheap. I gave them the benefit the first two times because things happen.

I have visited Anna's chicken more than once now and have always had a positive experience. The owners are very nice and always remember you when you come in. The chicken is amazing and always moist; the wings I suggest the lemon pepper and mango habanero! The only improvement I can see so far is the hush puppies are rather small and were fried for a little too long but that doesnt deter me from trying other things on the menu!

Chicken is their business and business is good! Very friendly people and great prices.Everything is freshly cooked to order and so good to eat.Bone in chicken is really good but the giant tenders are the best in town and prepared by experts. There are several options for sides and they're all good plus they recently switched to crinkle cut fries and they're excellent. We've never had a bad meal at Anna's.

Good for the money value, not the best quality

DO NOT GO HERE. After they would not accommodate a slight substitution. I decided that I was not happy with my order and said I wanted to cancel my order. Just give my money back and they refused to so. I said that I was long term customer and had spent more than a $1000 dollars conservatively and typically have a $20 to 40 dollar order and that I would not be coming back if they didnt refund my money.I was told that losing my business didnt matter to them cause I am only one individual.IF YOU HAVE ANY DECENTCY DONT GIVE THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE YOUR BUSNESS.BESIDES THE FOOD HERE IS NOT AS GOOD OR GOOD QUALITY AS IT WAS YEARS AGO AND HAS BEEN GOING DOWN HILL FOR A LONG TIME.I would have called the police to try and help me get my money back and refused to take the food if I had had 45 mins to wait on the police to show up

Nice and clean shop. Tasty chicken which uses different kinds of premium meats than other franchises. They also serve fried chicken gizzard and liver that you can find elsewhere.

The food was excellent. I had papusas with rice and beans. I dint know what they do to their beans but these were the best i've ever put in my mouth! Highly recommend this place!

The chicken tenders were absolutely great everything was made fresh and hot and you can tell there's a knife can contain that they have for food five stars for Anna's Chicken. I will definitely be back

Best fried tenders, catfish, and chicken fried steak locally in the NRH area. Yes it is a hole in the spot, but they have outstanding restaurant status in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, atmosphere is not the best but the food makes up for it in spades! We are hooked. We got two drinks two meals, 1 piece of catfish and an order of hush puppies(which the small had 9 total) all for under $18! Amazing!

The people there are very friendly and always remember you.The assortment of food is alot and I've tried just about everything. Very fresh and hot, not spice, just cooked. Thou they can adjust the spice for you.

NOT LIKE IT USE TO BE:0( VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY! Not the big juicy fried steak like before, now it small and burnt tasting. The gravy was so watery. Mac and cheese was not cheesy and gross! Threw the whole meal away!I see why they are not busy anymore! New owner? Management? I don't know but so disappointing😔☹️

Amazing! And super cheap too. Seriously one of the best chicken places in DFW.
